ARE YOU INSURED ?

Yes, we carry Public Liability Insurance to £5million. However it should be noted that as with all insurances the cover is for the policy holder ie Bouncing Bears, and does not cover customers.

I CANNOT GET INSURANCE CAN YOU HELP?

If you would like to discuss your reservations regarding insurance, we would be pleased to advise. Bouncing Bears can supply (for a fee) a suitably trained employee to 'supervise' your activity. In this instance, Bouncing Bears' Insurance will cover the activity. However, our staff follow strictly to the guidelines layed down by HSE and the insurance company. Any consistent breach would result in the withdrawal of the equipment and loss of hire fee.

DO I GET A RAINCOVER?

We prefer to call them shower covers! They are designed to keep off light summer showers (Whatever they are??!!) Be warned, these covers do not make the unit waterproof. Most of our castles come with shower covers, some are permanently sewn in and some are detachable. There is no additional cost for a shower cover and every effort will be made to ensure your castle has a shower cover with it. Our 10x8 castles do not have shower covers, however, we have a suitable gazebo that fits snuggly over the top that can be hired for a small additional cost if desired.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO TURN UP?

Because we are honest! This is our business, and we have an exceptional reputation. We also have young children and so we understand the importance of reliability. Therefore, once we have received back your contract, we will confirm receipt with you and your booking is then guaranteed. This means that should we not turn up on the day you have requested we will pay you compensation equivalent to the hire fee. Hopefully, this will put your mind at ease.

I AM NOT SURE IF MY GARDEN IS SUITABLE?

No problem! let us know your requirements and we can arrange a mutually convenient time to visit your garden and discuss suitability. Don't worry, all our staff are fully trained in the use of a tape measure!!! AND this service is free (of course!).

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Generally No, However, following a significant increase in equipment damage within certain age groups and an increased loss of parts to our games etc, it has become a necessity to ask for a damage deposit for certain items and circumstances, if we do ask for a damage deposit, usually it is £20 for the games or £50 for a castle and can be a cheque that won't be cashed, just held for the duration of the hire. It is highly unlikely that we will ask repeat customers for a damage deposit.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

As soon as you know the date of your party, after all there is no charge should you wish to cancel.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHO I'VE BOOKED WITH?

We will confirm everything in writing to you, This is usually done by post, but if you wish to have confirmation by email or fax just let us know.
